What does this mean? The Evergreen Indiana servers will be offline for maintenance Saturday, January 31 (all day) and Sunday, February 1 (all day). This is our library system that we use at BMPL. You can still come into the library to check out BOOKS ONLY. You MUST physically have YOUR LIBRARY CARD with you. Public Computers can still be accessed with our GUEST log in only. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Registration WILL OPEN ON NOVEMBER 17! This activity bag contains 12 fun activities for 2 kids to complete at home. Get in the Holiday Spirit with a 12 SLEEPS ‘TIL SANTA Activity Bag from Batesville Library! Each bag is full of HANDS ON CRAFTS , GAMES and other ACTIVITIES to keep your kiddos entertained as the count down to Christmas approaches. Some FUN includes Christmas slime, Santa searchers, Beard bubbles, Santa says and more . . . Sign up WILL OPEN ON NOV. 17 and PICK-UP begins on Dec. 5th through Dec. 13th at the circulation desk! If your registered bag is not picked up ON or BEFORE December 13th all remaining unclaimed bags will be set out for patrons of the library to take. These activities are geared towards children Pre-school to 2nd grade and sign up is required below. PLEASE NOTE: Families may sign up for 2 bags MAX if you have more than 2 kiddos in the age range of PRE-K through 2nd grade.

This is a TAKE & MAKE program ONLY. After you REGISTER your child, you must be able to stop by the library during the Week of March 13th - 22nd to pick up your bag. If Bag is not picked up by March 22nd, they will be sat out for other patrons to take. Join in on the take home fun of making a no sew pillow!  We will provide all of the items needed in a bag. This is NOT an in-person program. This project is for children IN GRADES 1ST - 6TH. Registration is required. Please sign your child(ren) up below. Stop by the circulation desk at the library during the Week of March 13th - 22nd to pick up. You must give them the name in which you registered under.

VOTING will begin on March 1st. Anyone can STOP by the circulation desk to pick up a ballot and drop in the bucket provided. 1 VOTE per visit. Voting is The People's Choice in each category (12 & under, 13 & above) will win Chamber Bucks! Artists can pick up their work and an easel for home display on April 1st. *BMPL reserves the right to exclude any submissions.
