 Join us for a special dinosaur program brought to you by Dinosaur Dimensions.  They have four realistic puppets that will meet the crowd, stop for photos, and teach awesome dinosaur facts!  From a baby Triceratops to a life size Raptor you won't want to miss this amazing puppeted performance. This EVENT has been rescheduled for November 7th.   Come and enjoy the results of the five session life drawing class. See the finished results and celebrate the beauty of art! Open viewing for the community! Come and take a look at the process and progress this class has made! COME CELEBRATE WITH US! Life drawing is accessible to all, fun and rewarding. It helps participants see the world with an artist’s eye. It teaches hand-eye coordination, hones observational skills, and does wonders for relaxation through releasing attachment to perfection and finding a new connection within our brain. These participants have done a wonderful job. Come and view their work! Light refreshments will be served. Come and walk through the library.

November 5th we will be discussing A WRINKLE IN TIME by Madeleine L'Engle, the book we read in October. Participants will also receive the next book we will be reading for November which is THE YEAR OF MISS AGNES by Kirkpatrick Hill. THE YEAR OF MISS AGNES summary from Amazon.com: Ten-year-old Frederika (Fred for short) doesn't have much faith that the new teacher in town will last very long. After all, they never do. Most teachers who come to their one-room schoolhouse in remote, Alaska leave at the first smell of fish, claiming that life there is just too hard. But Miss Agnes is different -- she doesn't get frustrated with her students, and she throws away old textbooks and reads Robin Hood instead! For the first time, Fred and her classmates begin to enjoy their lessons and learn to read and write -- but will Miss Agnes be like all the rest and leave as quickly as she came?
