    BMPL’s Summer Reading Program will start June 1 – July 19! Our Summer Reading Program is a fun reading challenge for readers of all ages, with or without a library card! Designed to inspire a love of daily reading, log each day you read—NO book titles needed and NO tracking your minutes. Whether it’s 20 minutes or an hour, every day counts. The Ukulele Club meets in the (Activity Lab located in the children's area) of the library every 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month, from 6:30 - 7:30pm.     Register for this in-person class to become a Certified User of the 3D Printers in the Innovation Studio. Completion of this training is needed to use any of the four 3D printers at the Arts and Innovation Hub. Registration is required Ages 12 to 14 may register for a learner’s permit certification, but also require an adult aged 18+ to be certified and accompany the minor while using the 3d printers.     Come and create a summer themed tumbler cup using the Cricut machine. We will explore how to develop a design using the Cricut machine and then adhere a unique summer pattern to a tumbler.     A Volksmarch (German for "people's walk") is a non-competitive, recreational walk or hike through scenic or historic areas, focusing on fitness, fun, and camaraderie; participants follow marked trails, get cards stamped at checkpoints, and enjoy nature, local culture, and sometimes refreshments. Come join us the last Tuesday of each month! This month we will meet at the park behind Beautiful World shop for an Oldenburg (History Walk). ALL AGES WELCOME Registration is REQUIRED All Children MUST be accompanied by an Adult Participants must be able to stay in between the two BMPL Guides while walking and must be able to follow all instructions while visiting special locations.
