The bartender says, "Is this a joke?"😂 We all love to laugh and in these divisive times we all NEED to laugh. This program features the best humorous and comic poetry with a little science, some jokes, and some fun stories mixed in. William Shakespeare, Kit Marlowe, Shel Silverstein, William Carlos Williams, Ogden Nash, Lewis Carroll, Ron Nicholson, and more. Think "Jabberwocky", limericks, animal poems, Burma Shave signs, "My One-Eyed Love", "About the Teeth of Sharks" and more. We’ll learn about types of humor and some research on how laughter really is the best medicine.
