The Innovation Studio has two specialty printers available: an inkjet printer and a sublimation printer.

The Innovation Studio has an Epson 8550 Ecotank printer available for use, along with a variety of specialty materials, including photo paper, printable vinyl, sticker paper, and more!

The Innovation Studio’s inkjet printer will print sizes up to a maximum of 13″ x 19″.

The Innovation Studio has an Epson F170 sublimation printer available for use. Sublimation works by using sublimation ink which, when pressed into a surface using a heat press, turns into a gas and absorbs into the base material.

The Innovation Studio’s sublimation printer will print sizes up to 8.5″ x 11″.

Both printers are available on a first come, first serve basis.

All computers in the Innovation Studio can print to both printers wirelessly.

While our inkjet printer can be printed to wirelessly from any capable device, sublimation printers are specialized printers and need the use of a driver in order to print. If you’d like to install the driver on your own computer, you can find them at the link below. The sublimation printer will not print directly from a phone or tablet.

Printing on library paper of any kind or size is $0.50 per page.

Patrons are welcome to bring their own paper/material to use with the printers. Printing with patron-provided paper of any kind is $0.25 per page.

• The Innovation and Create Studios close 30 minutes before the library closes. Please make sure you come with enough time to complete your project.
• The sublimation printer requires a computer to operate. A basic knowledge of computers is required, as staff are unable to provide basic computer support.
• Staff can help with the equipment and provide basic software support, but are unable to design files or provide creative input.
