Laser Engraver
The Innovation Studio has an Epilog Fusion Ascent 36 available for use.

What You’ll Need
Burning, cutting, and engraving on a variety of materials – such as wood, acrylic, and glass – can be done on our laser engraver.
For engraving, any type of printable file works. For cutting, a vector with cut lines is required. Power and speed settings can be adjusted to your taste and material. The Innovation Studio also has a rotary tool available for projects involving etching and engraving on cylindrical objects such as cups and bottles.
Use of the laser engraver is free, but you will need to bring in your own material to use with the machine. We recommend bringing extra of your material to practice/fine tune your settings before engraving/cutting your project. Staff may ask for details about your material to ensure that it is laser safe. If your material can not be confirmed to be laser safe, you may be asked to switch to another material.
