Felting is one of the oldest forms of textile arts. Needle felting is begun by rolling a small amount of wool and stabbing it with the needle. It is a quick hobby to learn, and many find it stress-relieving. Join us this month in making an Acorn Accessory just in time to welcome the Autumn months!   All material will be supplied. This hands-on class is designed for beginners and provides a welcoming environment to learn the skills of this style of art. From learning about the different types of woodburning pens, tips, and safety protocols to creating your own work of art, this class will provide it all. Come and explore the process of turning a simple piece of wood into a work of art!  This class will be led by Jeremy Spencer,  the Industrial Technology Education Teacher at Batesville Middle School.
