Emily Ann Thompson's rich sound, energetic style, & passionate playing has made her an audience favorite. Being a performer of many styles (Celtic, classical, rock, & other world music), her diverse musical background comes out in her fresh and unique solos.  Her main jazz influences include Stephane Grappelli, John Coltrane, Oscar Peterson, Mark O’Connor, and Sarah Caswell, the latter two with whom she has studied. LOCATION CHANGE BMPL'S LIVE Concert tonight has moved to Batesville Liberty Park due to weather. Dane Clark is an Indiana native who has been honing his instrumental (drums, bass, guitar and keyboards) and songwriting skills from an early age. His early influences of British Invasion rock and Dylan era folk music still resonate in his musical vision. Clark began making a name for himself as a session drummer in the Indianapolis area in the early 1980’s. As well as 26 years with John Mellencamp. BMPL's Parking Lot is DORA approved. Take the 1957 hands of Jerry Lee Lewis and the 1957 look of Elvis Presley and the raw energy of those two artists and what do you get? A piano pumpin', thumpin rockabilly kid named Blair Carman.
