Woodworking 101- Adult

This workshop will focus on learning the fundamentals of how to use basic woodshop power machines (ie. drill press, bandsaw and disc sander) to make a small woodworking project (golf tee jump game) along with basic finishing techniques such as sanding, staining and/or polyurethaning.
A followup workshop in upcoming months to build a larger project which requires attendance at this program (or proof of workshop knowledge).
Enter directly into the Industrial technology room via door H at the back of BATESVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL.
This class will be led by Jeremy Spencer, the Industrial Technology Education Teacher at Batesville Middle School. He is in his 25th year of teaching Industrial Technology with a focus in woodworking.
