Join us for a relaxing and creative introduction to the beautiful and ancient art of pyrography, or wood burning. This hands-on class is designed for beginners and provides a welcoming environment to learn the skills of this style of art.

From learning about the different types of woodburning pens, tips, and safety protocols to creating your own work of art, this class will provide it all. Come and explore the process of turning a simple piece of wood into a work of art! 

This class will be led by Jeremy Spencer,  the Industrial Technology Education Teacher at Batesville Middle School. He is in his 25th year of teaching Industrial Technology with a focus in woodworking.

Enter directly into the Industrial technology room via door H at the back of BATESVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL.

This class has a suggested (but not required) donation of $10.
