Join us at Liberty Park to kick off summer reading with a FOAM PARTY by Foam Happy! We recommend bringing a swimsuit or light clothing, googles for those with sensitive eyes, water shoes or back strap sandals, and a towel to dry off after 45 minutes of music and fun in the foam!  This program is geared towards children ages 8 and under.
