Participants may choose traditional mat yoga or supportive chair yoga throughout class\, allowing everyone to practice in a way that feels comfortable for their body.\nEach one-hour class includes gentle movement\, breathing exercises\, balance work\, stretching\, and guided relaxation to promote overall health and well-being.\nParticipants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat\, if available.
