Participants may choose traditional mat yoga or supportive chair yoga throughout class\, allowing everyone to practice in a way that feels comfortable for their body.\nEach one-hour class includes gentle movement\, breathing exercises\, balance work\, stretching\, and guided relaxation to promote overall health and well-being.\nParticipants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat\, if available. Yoga (grippy) socks are also encouraged. Limited yoga mats will be provided for participants who need one.\nNo prior yoga experience is necessary.
