DESCRIPTION:You MUST register for each class\nAge: 18+\nTime: 9:30AM-10:30AM\nLocation: Event Room (Arts & Innovation HUB)\nGentle Yoga: Accessible for Every Body\nYoga that meets you where you are.\nJoin us for a welcoming Yoga Series designed to help improve flexibility\, strength\, balance\, and relaxation in a supportive\, encouraging environment.\nWhether you’re new to yoga or have practiced before\, this class offers options to meet you where you are. Participants may choose traditional mat yoga or supportive chair yoga throughout class\, allowing everyone to practice in a way that feels comfortable for their body.\nEach one-hour class includes gentle movement\, breathing exercises\, balance work\, stretching\, and guided relaxation to promote overall health and well-being.\nParticipants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat\, if available. Yoga (grippy) socks are also encouraged. Limited yoga mats will be provided for participants who need one.\nNo prior yoga experience is necessary.
